The Zora's Throne Room is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is the area at the far north end of Zora's Domain. When Wolf Link and Midna first enter Zora's Domain they find it to be entirely encased in ice. To reach the throne room, Link and Midna must climb the waterfall. Upon arriving at the throne room, Link encounters three Shadow Beasts. By using his wolf senses, he can look under the frozen water and see the Zora tribe frozen below.

Later, Midna can warp the large boulder from Death Mountain to the source of the water in the throne room, thus melting the ice and unfreezing the Zora. As Link is leaving, the spirit of Queen Rutela appears and asks him to rescue her son, Prince Ralis.

Near the end of the game, Prince Ralis returns to Zora's Domain, and takes his rightful place as heir to the Zora throne. According to one of the Zora in the Throne Room, when Hyrule is at peace again, they will hold a great banquet in celebration of Prince Ralis' coronation.

Theory

Theory warning: This section contains theoretical information based on the research of one or several other users. It has not been officially verified by Nintendo and its factual accuracy is disputed.

King Zora's Chamber

It is probable, although never explicitly stated, that the Zora's Throne Room and King Zora's Chamber from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time may be one and the same.

Zora's Fountain

Alternatively, it could have originally been Zora's Fountain, but was modified (possibly combined with King Zora's Chamber). Evidence that points to this is the fact that both Zora's Throne Room and Zora's Fountain act as the source of Zora's River.

Theory warning: Theories end here.
