The X-Shaped Jewel is a quest item from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. This orange Jewel is found on an island off the Western Coast. When Link lights the Torch south of the Hero's Cave, a bridge appears, granting access to the island. After using a Mystery Seed on the question mark-shaped patch of earth, a Mini-Moldorm, known as the "Black Beast", appears. Upon its defeat, a chest appears that contains the X-Shaped Jewel. This jewel, along with the Square Jewel, the Pyramid Jewel, and the Round Jewel, is required to gain access to the Tarm Ruins.

Though the Treasure Map is useful in finding the X-Shaped Jewel, it is still possible to obtain it without the map.
