The Midna– "This is a sentence." TALK– 23:39, August 14, 2010 (UTC)
Do you want to transfer over your user page or anything else before I delete them?
Sure, please do that. But before you move it, be sure to remove my signatures and my infobox. Also, you can delete my userbox page and my pet fish page. Don't remove anything, where people signed. I'll handle the rest, myself.--Black Dragon Laguz (talk) 23:44, August 14, 2010 (UTC)
I like your new username. Just remember to watch out for the Thunder Mages.
The Midna– "Your next stop, the Twilight Zone" -Rod Serling, host of the Twilight Zone TALK– 01:55, August 15, 2010 (UTC)
Am I the Thunder Mage (TM)? Or are you referring to someone else from recently?
Xykeb Zraliv– 1. So the Prince bade the Bridgekeeper to touch the Cunning Thief, and at their conjoined hands the Covetous Thief was thrown down, and truly did he know the name of the King. TALK– it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts
@TM: Nah, it's a reference to Fire Emblem, which is where I presume he got the name.
You guys know about Fire Emblem?!?!?! That's cool! Those stinking Thunder Mages!! Thunder Sages could be worse, though. I don't like cat Laguz, because they're just too weak. I also like Hawk Laguz and Wolf Laguz. Don't worry TM, you are not a thunder mage. Oh, and Tiger Laguz are the worst and are tied with Raven Laguz--Black Dragon Laguz (talk) 11:46, August 15, 2010 (UTC)
Oh, and Ranulf is the ONLY cat laguz I like.--Black Dragon Laguz (talk) 12:03, August 15, 2010 (UTC)
Speed > Power. Two attacks of 20 damage eclipse one attack of 35 damage. Train your Cat Laguz right and your double-attacks can do a lot (note: we are not responsible for failure, loss, pain, suffering, lack of winning, or psychoneurotic trauma caused by statistical data disproving all claims claimed here. Any attempt to accuse us of ruining your gaming experience will be met with heavy distractions and running for Canada). You are at least correct in your deductions of most of the other Laguz, however... although admittedly there is little debate that Raven Laguz suck. And have identity crisis. XykebYvolixZraliv 06:18, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
Depends on the situation really. If the enemy only has 35 health left then an attack of 35 would be better then two 20 attacks because you wont be attacked in between. Plus Black Dragons can fly. (I only encountered by first Black Dragon Laguz last week so dont penalize my lack of Fire Emblem knowledge) OniDark Link 10:55, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
Now here's the problem with cat laguz: Their strength growths. To be honest, I actually like Hawk Laguz more than any other laguz. My username was inspired by the sheer power of black dragons. I like Hawk Laguz the most, because they have an equal amount of speed and strength. It's also hard to train the other Cat Laguz, in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. The only FE games I've played are Radiant Dawn and Shadow Dragon. The only raven laguz I will ever like is Naesala.
Yes, speed is in most cases, better than strength.--Black Dragon Laguz (talk) 23:24, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
Xykeb Zraliv– 5. And the Prince said “I will not allow the Cunning Thief to disregard the message of the King. His importance is far too great to allow to slip away, or be corrupted in the foulness of his fellows, so I will make an example for him.” TALK– it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts
Oh, I see your problem here then. Cat Laguz are massively more useful in Path of Radiance, whilst being damn near useless in Radiant Dawn, along with 75% of the other characters in the game.
Not to mention 100% of the non-royal Laguz are almost useless in Radiant Dawn. The Dragons could have been good if they had entered the game, say, halfway through instead of at the very end...or if their stats were nearly maxed out...but that would make too much sense...I agree with you, though, Hawk Laguz are the best. You really ought to play Path of Radiance if you can find it. It's one of my all time favorite games, and I'm pretty sure most people who have played it consider it to be one of the better Fire Emblem games overall.
Xykeb Zraliv– 8. And the Prince sang songs of praise in worship of the King, and the love that the Men of Technology would know when the King came across the Bridge. TALK– it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts
Yeah, you sort of have the distinguished position as the person that's played the only two non-Japan-only FE games that I consider to not be worthy additions to the series. RD in particular is probably my least favo(u)rite so far... not that it's bad, but it's extremely restrictive in the characters you can actually use effectively. That is to say, some characters are deliberately insanely powerful while everybody else seem deliberately like filler characters. Like JML said, with all the royal (read: overpowered) laguz in the game, there's pretty much no use at all for any of the others, including Cat Laguz, whereas in PoR, there are only a few of said royal laguz, and they pretty come right at the end of the game when you'll probably already have an established team. Basically, in PoR you can use almost any characters effectively if you train them right...well, except Sothe since he has no class change and pretty much sucks in the first place (despite ironically being a main character in RD).
A main character who isn't much use after the sixth or seventh chapter I find OniDark Link 22:31, August 19, 2010 (UTC)
@XYZ: Why don't you like Shadow Dragon? @JediMasterLink: The dragons would have been 100 times more useful if they appeared earlier. I don't think I'll be able to play PoR, since I don't have a Gamecube. Also, I don't think that I would be able to find a Gamecube controller, either.--02:15, August 20, 2010 (UTC)
Xykeb Zraliv– 2. The second of these two lands was the land of Magick, where Man was humble and constructive, and where there were many righteous kingdoms of Man and Demon, but the greatest kingdom of all was that in which resided the King, and the King was named Chzo, and all who knew him sang of his glory and of his greatness. I dunno, I guess the game just didn't feel real to me. I kept feeling like I was just playing the game for the sake of finishing it, not because I genuinely enjoyed it and wanted to keep going. Part of it was that the characters really didn't feel like they had much depth, partially due to the fact that there was no real support conversation system (which I guess you wouldn't really know about; neither RD nor SD have good interpretations of the system), and as such I always felt kinda distant from what was going on. I wasn't a huge fan of the graphics either.
As for getting PoR, if you have a Wii (which I assume you do if you played RD), you can play GC games on it, although you will need a GC controller and memory card to do so.
@XZ: I thought Shadow Dragon was good. I thought there was some depth and the graphics were alright, in my opinion. Now that I have a Gamecube controller and memory card, I can play PoR. Also, I've heard that PoR had a lot of depth in the Support conversations. I would like the game for that reason, and many others.--19:01, September 20, 2010 (UTC)
I recently bought PoR. I like it, so far. I like it a lot more than Radiant Dawn.
Hey, to bad i got in on this WAY to late, but I have played ALL of the FE games released in America, and RD has got to be one of my favorites, probably tied with PoR. SD isn't that good, but it was based off of the first one, which came out 20 years ago, thats like trying to compare TP to a remake (word for word) of the original LoZ. Sothe is NOT as useless as most people say he is. first off he is a main character in RD, and if you max out his level in PoR, his stats directly transfer over to RD and he can maz out at least his health, str, spd and skill without to much trouble. @BDL if you ever play any of the other FE games and you want any advice, just ask me, i have beaten them SO many times. also the remake of the sequel to the original FE (which was remade as SD) is coming out sometime soon, it already came out in japan. Ike 18:21, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
I don't usually find Sothe to be useless in RD. He usually ends up with poor defense, but he'll usually get a good amount of luck and skill. Because he uses knives and daggers, which aren't very powerful weapons, he won't kill enemies in two hits later on in the game. I've never found him to be very useful in PoR, but that's probably because I haven't given him helpful stat-boosters, like Seraph robes or Energy drops. He seems like he has good growths in that game. @Ragnell wielder: Alright, thanks. 18:40, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
the reason sothe has such good growths in PoR is his blossom skill, it halves the experience he gets, but increases his growth rates. i wouldnt use that many stat boosters on him though. if you replay PoR, you can certain items that increase certain stat growths, these are really useful in getting sothe to max out certain stats. in RD everytime you level up useing bonus experience, you always have 3 stats that are boosted. this mean that if sothe has maxed out his health, his skill and his speed, he will still level up 3 stats, ones that he usually wouldnt, like defense or resistance. Ike 19:14, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
Ah, ok. BlackDragonLaguz 19:23, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
Jäzzi said that I could not have more than on Wikia account "As a whole". So I assumed that I could only have Black Dragon Laguz, or Link in Termina.--02:19, August 20, 2010 (UTC)
By "as a whole", I think she meant you can't have more than one account that you use everywhere. You can have more than one account, though, as long as you use them on separate wikis. In other words, on one individual wiki, you can only use one account.
As a tip for the future, if you're wondering about something, copy someone else's . For instance, if you want a signature with color, just look at the colored signature of someone else in edit mode, copy the coding, and it's pretty easy to work out from there what to do and how to change it to your liking.
I went to that community thing and placed my sig, the way everyone else did. It was that save the shoutbox thing.--BlackDragonLaguzI'm not doing anything suspicious! Really!

I have a suggestion for your polls: you could make polls that reflect your creativity. For example, instead of "What is your favorite game?" you could make "What is the most fun item to use?" or something along those lines. I hope that helps.
Don't go around changing the space in the template just yet. You have to get a complete community decision on it first
Oh, okay. So should I bring this up in the forums? I found the unofficial name template annoying in its current spot. Also, I left a message on your talk page right before you left this one on mine. This was basically the answer to my question on your talk page. BlackDragonLaguz 00:20, November 29, 2010 (UTC)
Yes, you should probably bring it up in a forum. --ϐαςςᴶαϟϟι 23:16, November 29, 2010 (UTC)
This may seem weird, but I was just looking around the Temple of Courage and saw your username! I am a HUGE fan of Fire Emblem! So I just went over to your userpage to see which game you've played other than PoR or RD. I have played ALL that have been released in America. Also I saw that you are a Christian, and thought that was cool, cause I am too. Well, that was basically what I wanted to say. Ike 18:08, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
depending on which ROM you get. i would NOT get holy war or thracia 776, i havent played them, but i know that they are ONLY for the most hardcore/expert player. if i were you, i would try and get FE7 (blazing sword) for the game boy, if you have a DS or DS lite you can play it on that. its a solid game, though it is designed more for beginners, but the story is good. it is also the prequel to the Sword of Seals (fe6, the one with roy), so it introduces some of the characters that are in it, though it isnt needed to play FE6. of the game boy series, Sacred Stones is my favorite. also SD sequel is coming out in America at an undisclosed time, and i am REALLY looking forward to that.
After you beat PoR, i would HIGHLY recommend replaying RD. any of the characters you got to level 20 in PoR will have a slight stat boost in RD, AND you can unlock 2 more characters in RD the second time you play through.
If you never get around to playing fe6 or fe8, serenesforest.net has a full translation/script and a partial script of fe 7.Ike 19:05, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
I was actually thinking about getting Seisen no Keifu, and I never heard about it being really difficult. I think I'd probably like FE6. BlackDragonLaguz 19:12, December 30, 2010 (UTC)
