Here, I'll post some poems that I write. Please give some feedback in the end of the page. You may think some of them are a little dark, but hey, I get inspired, I write it down. There aren't much now, but I'll be posting more soon. Since most don't have any names, I'll simply put them in the order they were written.

UPDATE 4/19/10: Sorry for the wait, guys. Added Poems #7, #8 and #9. Thanks for reading this.

Contents

Poem #1Edit

Death comes

Life goes

Hearts break

Time flows

Good and bad,

They all die.

You say they're different,

you all lie.

The more you have,

The more you lose.

It's inevitable to fight,

To be confused.

Cause' life's true purpose

Does not have joy.

Let you build your fate,

And then destroy.

Poem #2Edit

Falling towards darkness below

Into the pit of eternal shadows

Trying to stop time's flow

Thinking 'bout the fate of a thousand battles

Some wars include factions

While begging the world not to fight often

Other wars are between passions

They're left with the beg, unseen and forgotten

Initially, all I had was fear

Afraid I would forever lose those I'd left

But soon enough all became clear

I was facing a fate worse than death.

Poem #3Edit

I could only think of what I must

As I walked across the barren landscape

The old bones turned to dust

This inner prison had no escape

"Live, leave your mark on this place"

Should I be overjoyed?

Cause' I just can't find any solace

Knowing "this place" just gets destroyed.

"Run", said my senses

"Run, til' you can't walk anymore"

But after jumping a thousand fences

I was at the same state as before

"There's no such thing as fate,

Just life and death", I here you say

Well then I'll tell you, death's a state

When life has taken all away.

Poem #4: "Majora's Mask"Edit

A poem I made to put on ZP. Maybe it's not as good as the others, because I work better without a specific theme. Well, whatever, here it goes:

In a distant land where the moon shines

Divided in four by imaginary lines

Where the tower that is built shall soon rise

Too late, people notice the moon has eyes

From hard-working postmans

Dedicated beyond belief

To "kidnapped" adults

Attacked by a thief

Those that seem brave

Are cowardly in the end

And just stay shivering

Watching the burning of the land

From milk to masks

From temples to tasks

From the town to the moon

Which shall crush the world soon

"If it's something that can be stopped, than just try to stop it"

See the shiny red balloon? Go on, just pop it

And the Picto Box guy, man, he's just lazy...

AND THESE FAIRIES AND TINGLE ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

P. #5: "The Last Stand"Edit

Looking around, I hear a bell

I watch the people, with pride they swell

I can't understand them, I'm not feeling well

As I stand before the gates of Hell

To reach this place, there is no plane

No means of transport, nothing you can gain

It's easy to understand why I only feel pain

As I stand before the bloody rain

The way has a stone, the road as a fork

The merchant has nothing, not even a cork

Why the heck do I feel like a dork

As I stand before creatures, who in the dark lurk

I wonder if you get out of here, had you wealth

Someday I'll ask that guy who once wrote Macbeth

And all I remember, I felt there was nothing left

As I stand before the face of Death

Poem #6Edit

Dedicated to my ex-girlfriend.

I sit here, while the wind whines

I look at the stars, they make me company sometimes

In the distance, the downing sun faintly shines

While in my head I make these rhymes

I think of the life gone past

Like a boat in a storm, with a falling mast

It's weird, I look back and it all went by fast

But I know that the memories shall forever last

Tragedies come, striking with all their might

Unasked for disasters that leap right in sight

Struck by them, some people live in fright

But without the dark, there would never be light

When bad things happen, I remember you in a second

The moments I spent just holding your hand

I can't remember a time when you were just a friend

But the moment came, and our road had a bend

I really don't know if I'll see you again

But in this world of confusion, of one thing I'm certain

While my heart beats, those moments shall never end

I once met light, but it was taken from me

I mourned that time, but now I see

The moment I plunged into the darkness without you

That moment, there was something I would look forward to

Poem #7Edit

Waking up, the bird leaves the nest

The place where never again it would rest

But then, had it known that, at last,

Would it have known what would have been best?

A tiny raindrop jumped out of a cloud

And together with it's brothers, made a splashing sound

But then, had it known that going back was not allowed,

Would it have known what would make others proud?

A man woke up and got out of bed

Living the life he wished he'd never had

But then, had he known he wouldn't make it out ahead,

Would he have known for whom he'd drop dead?

Poem #8: "The End"Edit

He pulls his finger, wanting to have fun

Smoke coming out from the barrel of the gun

A bullet right before you, at the distance of a thumb

One second, and your body suddenly goes numb

You try to scream, but you've lost control

A bright light comes and swallows you whole

"Is this the end?", you keep asking yourself

While gripping to the doubts, they're all that's left

That's when all hope is forever lost

That's when your spirit is stuck in the frost

That's when your head burns within the final flame

That's when you've already lost the game

You close your eyes and everything's dark

Right before you, you hear a bark

A warm feeling makes you fell well

But it's way too warm, for this is hell

That's when all hope is lost within

That's when the frost sucks your spirit in

That's when the flame just keeps burning on

That's when bored Death sits and yawns

Poem #9Edit

And so he ran

Stopped dead again

No place to hide

Fear's length so wide

In the woods, one rainy day

In the rain, only one way

On the way, no tracks to fade

Another day, no goodbyes to bade

Running fast

Your life will last

If you make it out

But you're trashing about

You close your eyes

You feel the ice

The icy cold

The end is close

And so he fell

Stopped dead in hell

No place to run

Flames hotter than the Sun

And so I woke

No heartbeat stroke

No place to go

No living soul

AuronKaizer - "There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle-ground between light and shadow, science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone."

I'm not really one for poetry, although I do occasionally enjoy some. I liked poem number three the best.
Aquamentus (Oracle of Seasons)
Oni Dark Link – "It's difficult in times like these: ideals, dreams and cherished hopes rise within us, only to be crushed by grim reality. It's a wonder I haven't abandoned all my ideals, they seem so absurd and impractical. Yet I cling to them because I still believe, in spite of everything, that people are truly good at heart. - Ann Franke"

Out of the new three, I like number seven the best, I think; you related the three things so well.
