So yeah, I'm a pretty casual gamer, but the game that got me into gaming? Glorious ol' gold cartridge "The Legend of Zelda" for NES. I still play when I have free time (which is sparse now...)

I have completed nearly every Zelda game I've played which includes every canonical game for console with the singular exception being Zelda II, *shudders*.

Games Completed:

• The Legend of Zelda - Took me nearly twelve years to beat! (Considering I started when I was five...)

• The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Beat it a long time ago... Great advancement in the Zelda series. Not sure why,but this game freaked me out as a kid.

• The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Along with MM, my favorite of the series...

• The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Ties with OoT! I love this game! Three days? No problem.

• The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker - Great story but ultimately too short. Sadly, I'm also not a big fan of the cartoon-like aesthetics... One of the weaker entries of late.

• The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Love the better graphics and connections with OoT and MM, but it sort of felt a little like a stale reboot of OoT. It made changes in some of the right areas and some of the wrong ones. Great experience all around, however.

Games Incomplete:

• Zelda II: The Adventure of Link - Tried it. Hated it. Declared it non-canonical.

• The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Game in progress.
