The Usotami Chief
Usotami Village (lit. "lying people") is a place found in Ripened Tingle's Balloon Trip of Love. It is the home to the raccoon-like race, the Usotami, who have a strong tendency to lie.
Tingle, Lion, and Buriki end up here on Page 11, while chasing Segare, who has kidnapped Kakashi. To reach Kakashi, who is being held in a cave behind the village, Tingle must solve several puzzles. These puzzles all involve lies, which can make them very difficult. The chief's daughter, Liar lives here, and is one of Tingle's Love interests.
When Tingle chooses out Liar's goat from a large herd, she will milk it, and gives him the Goat Milk, which he must give to the monster, Big Liar, to calm him down.
