Tingle's Chart is given to Link by Tingle in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. After Link frees Tingle from prison on Windfall Island (a strangely easy task), the grateful fugitive hands over this rather odd Sea Chart. When opened, this old, hand-drawn chart makes a silly honking noise instead of the usually unrolling sound of the others. It appears Tingle drew the chart himself (apparently in Crayon), but it serves its simple purpose effectively. The simple Hylian script scrawled on the left is nearly untranslatable but probably is some sort of advertisement for his island. Also two islands, Northern Fairy Island and Outset Island are where Link can find fairies that give Wallet upgrades, and Windfall Island, are shown.
