from Zeldapedia, the Legend of Zelda wiki
Shouldn't this just redirect to Twilight Princess?--Herbsewell 18:21, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- No, this is a different game. It is based off of the statement by Iwata or Miyamoto that Twilight Princess would be the last Zelda game of it's kind. However, I think that Twilight Princess qualifies as the first Zelda game of the next kind, because of the use of the Wiimote.
- Ah, I did not know. No, it's definitely the same style of Zela games. That's why it was previously developed for the Game Cube.--Herbsewell 20:28, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Plotline
Any thoughts on the plotline for the next Zelda game? I have a feeling it will take place sometime after Twilight Princess, but before Wind Waker. I think that for some reason, Link, or something he does, will submerge Hyrule in water to defeat Ganondorf.Ptfreak 01:44, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
You're assuming that TP and WW take place in the same timeline. Besides, it says in the prolouge to WW that the people of Hyrule waited for a Hero (probably Link) and he didn't come. They then prayed to the Gods for to stop Gonondorf, and that's why the flood happened. TatlTael 15:14, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- If we do, will this conversation have spoilers?--Herbsewell 02:08, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry but this isn’t the place for pure speculation. Unless the speculation has hard evidence to back it up or it’s a widespread theory then it does not belong on Zeldapeida.--ShutUpNavi
- True. Even though this is a talk page, that kind of speculation and spreading of rumors should probably go on places like forums.--Herbsewell 20:39, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
I think this next zelda will take place in the futuristic setting after Wind Waker's Sea disappears and they discover the stone ganon from the final battle of Wind Waker. A young explorer working with the group in a green outfit(Link) pulls it out. Ganon awakens and you have a quick face off you all the sudden the sword brakes after draining most of Ganon's power and Ganon disappers-67.180.225.161 03:07, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
Based on some hints dropped by miyamoto, i think this might be the most futuristic zelda to date, as in placing last in the time line. "Well, the story setting for this Zelda is, of course, in a completely different era and Link is older than he was previously. More approaching adulthood. There is one hint. Maybe from the art work you can see that he's not holding a sword." miyamoto speaks of "a different era," and how link isn't holding a sword. maybe he uses a gun in this one? --mccrapper 7:55, 12 June 2009 (UTC)
[edit] The time line
Wind Waker and Twilight Princess happened in a different time line after the Adult World after the ending of OoT but if they did happen in the same time line Twilight would have been first by barely a generation or two and I can explain how/why that is(and this is based off facts the game gives people)
When Wind Waker starts it says THE HERO OF TIME(Ocarina of times hero) and not the Hero of the ANCIENTS/TWILIGHT (which is Twilight Princess's Link) easily disproving the fact Twilight princess might have happened in the Wind waker time line. Another reason is the fact that In Wind Waker it has numerous ties to OoT from the stain glass under hyrule castle where the master sword is kept to the Forest haven inhabitants. The biggest one which is alittle of a grab bag UNLESS you really paid attention to story without skipping a line in wind waker or twilight princess, is that In Wind Waker's opening it says Ganon escaped from the "dark world" soon after the hero left and plunged hyrule into the sea by himself in his body BUT in Twilight Princess
- SPOILER WARNING* During the cut scene where your talking with the sages and they tell you how Ganon ALMOST escaped and killed a sage. They sealed him in the twilight world again until he escaped in Zant's body.*SPOILER END*
Then theirs the biggest gap in zelda universe that's an undeniable void in zelda
- SPOILER WARNING* Ganon Died at the end of twilight princess he LOST the triforce (if
visibly disappeared from his hand) and he DIED because like zant said "I'm alive as long as my master is" and that next snap dosen't symbolize life*SPOILER END*
their I think I explained that well enough-67.180.225.161 03:06, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
i think the exact quote from wind waker was "the great evil forever thought to have been sealed away by the hero once again crept forth from the depts of the earth" that doesnt necessarly have to be the dark world. it could be some way he was sealed yet to be revealed and the legend wind waker talks about could be the next game (only suggesting not even claiming to support or believe these acusations) Oni Dark Link

| I have no idea which of the two timelines this particular game will continue, but one thing we can surmise is that one of the two timlines has to eventually lead into the plots of the original games or work toward them. So we know what the beginning events of both timelines include, Twilight Princess and The Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass, and we know the result of one of those branches includes The Legend of Zelda and The Adventure of Link. What we don't know is what happened between those games to lead from Twilight Princess or The Wind Waker to the original games, so I think it's a safe bet that at some point some of the future games are going to have to move the plot toward those original games. Some things to consider:
1) The Legend of Zelda and The Adventure of Link both have a vast ocean bordering Hyrule, so it's probably a safe bet to conclude that the Hyrule of those games is the Hyrule Link and Tetra were searching for at the end of The Wind Waker and in Phantom Hourglass. In short, they can be estimated to have occurred in the Adult Timeline, meaning that any games between them would have to move the story toward the finding of that new Hyrule that eventually becomes the Hyrule of the original games.
2) A Link to the Past seems to have most of the original elements of the original Hyrule intact (Lake Hylia, Hyrule Castle, Zora's Domain, the Lost Woods, the Sacred Grove, the Desert of Mystery/Gerudo Desert, etc). The people of Hyrule in this game also recall the events of Ocarina of Time and the Imprisoning War, whereas the people of The Wind Waker and beyond in the Adult Timeline had little to no memory of the Imprisoning War or the original Hyrule in general. The Master Sword still exists in A Link to the Past and still rests in the Sacred Grove as it did in Twilight Princess, whereas it was left at the bottom of the sea in The Wind Waker (thus explaining why it does not appear in the original games, absent the speculation that the Magical Sword is the Master Sword which is still unclear as to how the Master Sword could have been retrieved from the bottom of the sea). The Seven Maidens were all human, just as the Ancient Sages were originally humanoid, and the Ancient Sages match the description of being wise men as noted in A Link to the Past's opening. In short, A Link to the Past can be conjectured to take place in the Child Timeline, where the original Hyrule and the Master Sword are indeed still intact.
Now, for the plot of the next game, it can follow two different paths: 1) It can follow The Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass in the Adult Timeline and establish how the new Hyrule (the Hyrule of the original NES games) is established and an evil that threatens its infancy, perhaps even the story of the Hero of Men who was noted to have saved the Hyrule of The Minish Cap near its beginning. We have yet to learn the Hero of Men's full story but we have been given enough details for it to be made into a game concerning the new Hyrule's beginning, provided that The Minish Cap does indeed occur in the Adult Timeline as some (including myself) conjecture. OR 2) It can follow the events of Twilight Princess and move toward the events of A Link to the Past. Now we are led to believe that Ganondorf died in Twilight Princess, but this is highly unlikely given his history of escaping death and the need to have him locked up somehow in the Dark World to set the stage for A Link to the Past. So a new game could show how he escaped death and show how he was sealed within the Dark World by the Ancient Sages and begin to set the stage for A Link to the Past.
Let's be realistic here too: I seriously doubt they are going to make a "Future Zelda" that goes beyond the events of the original games and A Link to the Past. There's too much that remains unexplained between those games and the games WAY back in the past (Ocarina of Time, The Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, etc). It's neat to imagine a "Future Zelda" or what it would be like, but The Legend of Zelda has always been a success because of its story and its setting. A futuristic setting just does not agree with the composition of the series. Like I said, it's fun to imagine a futuristic Zelda, but it's out of step with what the series is all about though. I know Miyamoto said Twilight Princess would be "the last Zelda game as you (we) know them," but I think he was talking more about gameplay and system-player interaction as opposed to the game's actual makeup and elements. Another thing to consider too is this: Miyamoto is primarily over gameplay for the series now, he no longer supervises the construction of the story, Aenouma now does that. Miyamoto may know the timeline and how the story goes, but he's not the one crafting it anymore since he focuses on gameplay now. Therefore, I believe he meant Twilight Princess was the last Zelda game as we know it in terms of gameplay, not plot or setting.

presuming that the original and zelda ii happen on the adult time line are very presumed. for one the sea could just be a large lake. even if it is the sea, a sea does exist in the child timeline also. In links awakening he is lost at sea which we know as a direct sequel to a link to the past (as proven by the forms detl takes). also the triforce was also lost at the bottom of the great sea which leaves no explanations as to how it appears in the original and zelda ii. therefore i conclude the original and zelda ii does not exist in the adult time line. Oni Dark Link
-Miyamoto's comment about "no sword" and speculation about the figure resembling the Master Sword are relevant issues as I beleive that it is likely to rely of more amped up partner system of some sort. However, it has appeared to me that the figure is akin to Meldi the Rito sage of WW, there also appear to be illusions to the Great Fairy. My speculation is a toss up of plot from something similar to this...
[edit] What might be the base of this Zelda
For the longest time we've known zelda as the middle ages fantasy action adventure role playing game but what it became a futurist fantasy type affair a star wars like weapons with epic zelda story and characters or maybe even a modern twist to zelda where it's more of a kid in modern day world with a sword taking on an evil corporation lead by a male Gerudo. I believe it will not be like the ones we know especially since ganon is dead in the normal time line (OOA/S) in the TP time line and the WW time line (no one would dare try to normally pull a sword out of a Persian looking dudes forehead without good reason or unless it didn't look like a person's forehead I.E. some one brakes ganon's head's off and transforms it into a block of rock meaning he would die). and I hope if they do bring back ganon they have a second male gerudo who is around links age that is in a mental struggle with ganon over the triforce of power but is only your side then if you could switch between that character zelda and link and play throught a normal epic zelda with three full character stories that changes upon your actions
First off, two words: spell check. Second, this is not the place to do speculation. Third- Yeah, no. If I rembember correctly, the Gerudo are all (presumably) dead in WW, so your whole idea winds up not working. Sorry. Have a nice day.
Since this isn't the place for speculation, I created a forum for it: Forum:Zelda Wii. Have fun. Fused Shadow 03:12, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
I hope this isnt made too casual because that would be really annoying for hardcore people.--Skittles the hog 11:50, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

| No no no, it is about three years to four years between games. Ocarina of Time was about five years after Link's Awakening, so there you have it. But on average, it's about three to four now. So this year they will almost certainly release the name and date of release for the game. It will probably either come out later this year (November seems to be a popular release for the series, hence Twilight Princess). Three years have now passed, and it was rumored they were working on it even a year before Twilight Princess was released, so they've had plenty of time to finish it. So if I had to guess I'd say it will go like this for this year: 1) The game is unveiled at E3 2009 and release date is given; 2) The game is released in late 2009 for the holiday season for maximum sales effect or early 2010. Any way we look at it, we will certainly see the game within the next 6-12 months.

The sebastian dude who came up with the sales figure was purely speculation on his part. We wont be seeing anything other than a possible teaser trailer or art until 2010.
Well, we finally got our artwork, but I don't think this game is coming till late 2010 or early 2011. They'll keep us posted though, more artwork, maybe a vid at next GDC or E3, and eventuallly a title. --Nunovanhalen (talk) 16:17, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

| When Eiji said TP was thew las t of it's kind, he meant in gameplay and interaction, not setting and storyline, besides, no matter what people say, a futuristic Zelda wouldn't work at all. It would be too much like Final Fantasy, I'm not saying FF's bad, on the contrary, it's awesome, but a futuristic setting is more suited for FF and not Zelda.

Uh, what? PH was not medievil at all. Not many of the games are, if only slightly. But Miyamoto has confirmed that the new Zelda Wii will be set in a new era.
- Yo dude Pic/Vid or it didn't happen DRTJR (talk) 23:10, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
Smitherrs442---One thing thats been bothering me and that i still don't really get, most of the time, games are released one year after they are announced, at least that's what i heard. Though miyamoto has confirmed at E3 08 that zelda wii is "far in development", it took them one whole year, and all they released a few months ago at E3 2009 was a single piece of concept art. For TP, we had like 2, or 3 trailers out 2 years before its release. Miyamoto stated that its scheduled for a 2010 release, but it hasnt even been publicly announced yet! does that mean that we'll see it only at the start of 2011? Or has nintendo been so immersed in production that they didnt think it would be necessary to show a trailer?
I personally don't mind if its moved to 2011, it would only be a matter of waiting a couple months extra at most. And if it means that delaying it a little would make the game even better because they'd be working on it more, then that's fine. I just don't really get why they6 haven't at least shown us a short teaser trailer if they've been working on it for so long. and why didn't he want to show that artwork publicly? Any thoughts?
--Smitherrs442 (talk) 19:43, September 2, 2009 (UTC)
- Official reason is there not making trailers so they can work on the games(witch in my opinion is perfectly ok in my books)DRTJR (talk) 20:55, September 2, 2009 (UTC)

Point at phantom hourglass. It is the first demonstration of the new type. It was after TP, remember?
Could TP have been the last prequel? Phantom hourglass finally continued the adventures of the wind waker. It was after TP so this would make sense.

| I just hope this game doesn't go the way metroid dread went for the metroid series. We still hope it comes out but nothing happens. I would really like to see this game come up and take full advantage of the motion-sensetive controlls. Such as making it so that you swing up to down for a vertical slice and push it forward for a thrust unlike twilight princess where a shake combined with Z-targeting can get you anything.

However, Miyamoto officially said it's in development, so it will definitely come out within then next few years. All I want is a Majora's Mask-like story.--Richard 02:14, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
"The Mario and Zelda teams are currently hard at work" Reggie's direct words from the Nintendo press conference he has no reason to lie to us so I don't think this will become a Metroid Dread maybe.Vault009Dweller 04:00, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Game Developers Conference update
According to Zelda Dungeon, the game announced at the GDC is 'The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks'. For the DSi.
- Zelda Wii and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks are two different things, as Miyamoto said at E3 2008 that a Wii Zelda game is in development. Spirit Tracks is for the DS, so it is not Zelda Wii.--Richardtalk 18:31, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

| Hey you guys, did you see the new addition to the 2009 part of the article?? Where there is a source stating that Zelda Wii is a remake of Ocarina of Time as some of us have suspected?? This could be wishful thinking, but what do some of you think about it? Does this seem genuine to you guys?

| I won't mind a remake of OoT but I'd miss the possibility of a new game with something completly different. If they have to do a remake make it of Majora's Mask. Now remake that and it would be amazing.

| I agree with AK that OOT is perfect as it is to me, but just imagining it in TP's graphics....THAT'S EXCITING! I just hope they don't tamper with the story of OOT, it was perfect as it was in 1998.

| Well Nintendo knows that OOT is one of the most beloved Zelda games in the series as well as hailed as one of the greatest video games of all time. With the advancements they've made in graphics and gameplay in the 11 years since its release and the epic story of the Imprisoning War told in OOT, that would make an EXTREMELY powerful game, both in style and substance. Perhaps they'll elaborate more on the Hyrulean Civil War and Ganondorf's origins as well.

| Hopefully they'll also touch up on the controls. Most of my zelda games feel just a little bit broken in comparasion with Twilight Princess. It isn't just the wii controls though. Just the tiny things like being able to swing while you run.

| Well, Miyamoto has indicated that the gameplay controls are going to be revolutionized to take full advantage of the Wii's capabilities, so I'd say that's one of the big things on the list as you said. This would be an awesome game, though as AK said, the original 64 version has been immortalized as far as diehard fans like me are concerned.

| Very true MS, though I can't deny I'd be most interested to see the greatest game of all in the graphics of TP. Although my heart will always be with the 64 version of OOT, I would love to see it in those kinds of graphics.
More updates were released about it here: http://www.gamefocus.ca/?nav=new&nid=4705
Does anyone think this could be as cruel an April Fool's joke as the movie trailer was last year though?? April 1st is very close, and although they are saying its announcement will be April 5th, it's awfully close to April 1st. It was a huge letdown last year when the trailer for a movie turned out fake, I just hope this isn't another one.

| I personally don't particularly want an Ocarina of Time remake - at least not for the upcoming Wii game. While I think it would be awesome for them to remake Ocarina of Time with Twilight Princess graphics, I'd like to see something new before they do that. With Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks both being on the DS, I'd like to see another new 3D game before any remake.

[edit] Maturity Level
Something I really wonder about is what the rating/focus of the game will be. Will it stick with the T-rating, semi-hardcore focus? Will it become even more hardcore and get an M-rating? Or will it go with an E10+ rating , with a slightly lighter focus (though I doubt it)? - FstrthnU
No one knows just that it will be different

| That's the one thing I never got about Twilight Princess: why did it get a T for Teen rating. It seemed like an average Zelda game to me. The most extreme thing I saw was the Ending Blow and really that's probably E10+ at the most. Actually the most graphic thing in the series I ever saw was when Ganondorf vomited after being mortally wounded by Link and that didn't even happen in Twilight Princess.

The maturity of TP came from mainly the fact you saw alot of people die up front. in the siege on Zelda's throne room you saw Twili come in and snap some of her guards necks. Zant you saw die twice when you fought and killed him, then when Ganon died his neck suddenly snapped with a slightly sickening sound(a sudden pop that wasn't to loud but was audible) to it. The violence in general was much more in your face then any other Zelda game which puts it at that T however as long as Miyamoto is alive I don't believe we'll see it go for that full M, the only game I can see going for that full M anytime soon that's a first party Nintendo game is Metroid-Vault009Dweller (talk) 20:49, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Should we protect this?
With E3 being only a few days away should their be some protection on this page? Let's say something does get announced, alot of people are going to want to add there little bits of information and everything may become one big mees on this page. Plus it might make patrolling a pain in the ass. But on the chance (a pretty big one) that nothing is announced I can see alot of pissed off fanboys editing this page and taking out their anger by vandalizing it. I have seen that happen on a couple of wikis in the past. What do you think?Zabbeth (talk) 21:14, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

| Here's the link to it. He specifically points out that in the artwork that he showed the people at the developers' roundtable, Link has now grown to full adulthood and is not holding a sword. He wouldn't really say more on the subject, other than to assure us that the new Zelda is indeed being made. Also says something about multiplayer in Spirit Tracks. Check it out, see what can be inferred from it.

[edit] Blue figure in teaser poster.
ALOT of websites are saying it is the Master Sword in human form. Hence what Miyamoto hinted at the end of the interview and why Link has no sword in the poster. It does fit with the general character, the jewel, the blueness, the dress frilling outwards like that. Should it be included? Since it does fit EXTREMELY well.
- That's...disturbing. Acurret but very disturbing. Metroidhunter32 13:28, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
- Could be, like there was a fairy in the Gale Boomerang. Speaking of which! This blue figure looks familiar to the Fairy Queen in Wind Waker, although I doubt that it is her. Portal-Kombat
- Almost identical to the Fairy Queen person. Same hat-thing, same skin, same eyes, same face, same flowing clothes. (Here's her picture for comparison.) I'd say it is her. While Nintendo's been known to make similar-looking but different characters, I can't help but see her in this picture. (Also: older characters; she was last seen in WW as a child, as was Link. (She's not human, though, but whatever.)) — SheeEttin {T/C} 21:45, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
[edit] simalarities of the blue figure and the master sword
Has anyone noticed the similarities of the blue figure and the master sword.
as in
- on the figures legs there is the same green vine pattern as the master sword
- the bottom of her dress thing flairs out like the master sword
- on the hip there is a thing similar to the blue part of the master sword
- its head somehow resembles the triforce
- when the light hits the figures head it somehow looks more like a sword
- the jewel kind of resembles the jewel in the master sword
- and just somehow its just looks like the master sword
sorry about my poor spelling and grammar

| Where do u get this? In no way do I even see any resemblance to the master sword (and trust me, I studied the master sword in every possible way in TP and OoT), other than the jewel and the skirt jutting out. And it has a jewel? So what? It's probably the queen of fairies (Meyemoto said Link was older, so maybe the queen of fairies is too), and royalty owns shiny stuff. Okay, Meyemoto said "Look, there isn't a sword!", all I see there is that Like-Likes are in the game, and they take swords before shields, and reside in caves. Plus, the figure would be completely disproportionate, and why on earth would any gamer want to use a fairy-looking thing be their sword?

i agree with you about the idea of it (i dont like it) but the similaritys are uncanny. Oni Dark Link 10:27, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
I believe that Miyamoto would have the Figure change back in between forms, not that you would grab it by the neck and swing it around. And if a Like Like did steal his sword, I believe they would've shown a Like Like in the concept art. Plus I'm pretty sure Like Likes take shields before swords. The owner of the Bazaar in Hyrule Town says there is a monster that eats 'shields' not swords.
I think she looks a little like midna's real Twili form
to me it looks like a smaller zant but that's meDRTJR (talk) 01:52, 9 June 2009 (UTC)DRTJR

| They didn't have time to draw the different kind of Like-Like, the one that takes swords. And that Blue Figure just happened to look a tad bit like a sword, so Link goes on the quest with her to get his sword back from the like like (xD!!!!). Plus, it's leaked concept art, not even the real thing.
For the record: I didn't mean hardly any of that.

[edit] weapons
I hope this game brings back some of the old weapons not in wind waker or twilight princess. like the lens of truth. that is such a simple but brilliant device (wolf senses just werent as good). and we never so that invisabilty cloak from link to the past again did we? twilight princess was also missing a hammer. while wind waker was missing a second equipedable sword. that also makes me think abou the complete irrelivane of being able to piick your sword and shield in tp. theres no point. why would you pick the orden sword if you had the master sword. anyway im going to end this rant now. bottem line bring back the lens of truth. | Does anyone else think that there is little evidence to back this up? I mean, a silver title could mean many things; it could be the 25th anniversary, it could be because it is so highly anticipated, heck, it could just be because they felt like it. Personally, I don't believe Nintendo would make us wait 2 more years for that...

| During 2008, some rumors surfaced about the game. The most popular one was that the game may chronicle the Great Flood, stars a new character who is not Link, and will be set in a Hyrule with trains and muskets. Isn't that referring to Spirit Tracks?

| Exactly. If its a sequel, then it takes place after the Great Flood, and does not chronicle it. When I said "after," I should have been more specific. I mean way after, like after PH. Same with the Link part; if Link is there, it can't be a chronicle of the great flood (WW says Link never showed up to save the people.)

[edit] Final Boss Ideas?
Just wondering if you guys have any ideas of what the main villian in this game will be like. I imagine either Dark Link or a newly introduced humanoid being. --Nunovanhalen (talk) 20:34, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Didn't they say it was going to be unlike any other Zelda game to date? I think it will be somebody new. Baltro [ talk · edits ] 21:13, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Well, I've had enough dark wizards for now, so how about a power hungry swordmaster? Which reminds me, what is Link's relation to the swordsman in Twilight Princess? (the one who teaches Link new sword abilities) --Nunovanhalen (talk) 02:46, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Bet its Zant, If not zant it may be the Postman...--LEEKDUCK
Ok mabye not Zant...--LEEKDUCK
Zant is dead and gone, Thank God In my scale of hate he is #2 behind tingle(#1) and before Navi(#3)173.10.230.150 19:34, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
Tingle haters are everywhere!!!!!, If zants dead that only leaves the postman, the Postman will attack Hyrule with his army of junk mail and charging at people whilst shouting at them, People will recieve too many Tesco advertisments and Letters from the local goverment and other political partys, to the extent that they may start loosing hope in life, But their is one hope
LINK
Link can go and thwart the Evil Postman in his steps before he Floods Hyrule in Ikea Posters and Fan mail from that weird Bug girl, but is he strongg enough, We will have to wait until:
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: POSTAL FEES
Coming soon...--LEEKDUCK
I actualy like the posty but HE seems like he could go made with power--LEEKDUCK
[edit] Section "A different Zelda"
Shigeru Miyamoto has stated that Twilight Princess will be "without a doubt, the last Zelda game as you know it in its present form."
Does this mean this game is a reboot to the series like Resident Evil 4 or games will be different from now on, after this game? SNA 02:17, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
i hope it means we get Ganondorf, Vaati, Dark link, and The skull kid in one Game DRTJR (talk) 04:05, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

| Well, after Twilight Princess we got Phantom Hourglass, which had a different way of control that was pretty intuitive, but not much else was radically different. I don't think that we'll be seeing as much change as Miyamoto implied- from the looks of it, it's just gradual changes with control, and possibly perspective.

[edit] 2 things about the article
- Can we remove the youtube video since it deffinitely isn't relevant?
- Will the sections 2008, 2009 and Rumors be deleted when this game comes out?

[edit] Think!!!!!!
Remember when you first meet the fairy queen in WW at mother and child isles and she gives you the fire/ice arrows?? At the end of your conversation she gets all awkward and says that Link is just her type?? Maybe the figure that you guys think is the master sword is the great fairy and link is either marrying her or has a relationship!!! Etecoonboy (talk) 01:58, November 10, 2009 (UTC)
- ...Creepy. --AuronKaizer! 02:01, November 10, 2009 (UTC)
Well on the main page miyamoto (i think it was him) said that Link is reaching adulthood.
