Can someone please explain to me what happened to the contributions I made to this page? They just...disappeared. They're not even on the history page. Hisak 13:34, 5 June 2007 (PDT)

Weird[]

I'm surprised this page hasn't completely exploded, given what happened today. --Ando 20:43, 29 January 2008 (EST)

Leak[]

Okay, due to the extremely convincing images at this site, I'm going ahead and updating the page. Make a note on my talk page if you have a problem with it. --Hisak 00:48, 30 January 2008 (EST)

Possible Characters?[]

Ok, I realize that we don't have official artwork for some of the characters yet, but is this section really necessary? Lucario, ROB, Toon Link, Captain Falcon, Falco, Ganondorf, Mr. Game & Watch, Ness, Jigglypuff, Luigi, and Wolf (not on the page at all) are all confirmed characters.

Ridley is a boss, but not playable as far as we know (it's rather safe to say that at this point all the characters are known - if they weren't we would have heard about them from a player's guide by now).

Pokey is another known boss.

In much the same way that Wikipedia doesn't trust YouTube videos as an official source of information, ZeldaWiki doesn't use YouTube (or really anything but an official company's info) as a credible source of info, either. So, until Nintendo says "That's right, R.O.B. of all things is a playable character in Brawl", ZeldaWiki will stay cautious and not say anything until it's 100% official. --Ando 19:40, 31 January 2008 (EST)
How about an IGN article? IGN is the press. There are plenty of credible places online that have the information, the screenshots, and the videos. --Yumil 00:50, 3 February 2008 (EST)

Did this actually happen?[]

I was wondering whether the Subspace War actually happened in the video game world (not the VS matches, I know those didn't actually happen since you can play as more than one of the same characters at the same time). If it did, it would of had to of happened sometime while Link was in Hyrule castle during Twilight Princess because Twilight Princess Ganondorf will probally appear in brawl. Also, King Bulbin has both of his horns which do not grow back until the end of Twilight Princess(but they could have grown back after Link's last fight with him) and Link has the Master Sword meaning it could not happened before King Bulbin snaps his horn. Please tell me if I did nothing but confuse you. If I did I'm sorry.--Link hero of light 15:42, 2 February 2008 (EST)

The Super Smash Bros. series is NOT accepted as canon story for any of the representated series. So... yeah. --Ando 15:45, 2 February 2008 (EST)

Thanks, I've been wondering that forever.--Link hero of light 15:58, 2 February 2008 (EST)

Masterpeices[]

Can you countinue to play the demos after your time is up. What I mean is, when your time is over can you get back on and play the demo again for the same time?--Link hero of light 16:08, 3 February 2008 (EST)

Yeah, but you start back at the beginning of the game, as if you had never played before. At least, that's what I got out of it. Sucks. :/ --Ando 19:39, 3 February 2008 (EST)

Who put the actual uncomfermed stages in the confermed stages bit still look good hope there in it

Is this a gallery or an information page?[]

No, seriously. Does this page exist merely to be a list? --Jase 16:52, 6 March 2008 (EST)

Well, I think that we could really get rid of all the specific character pages (e.g. the Toon Link and Wolf pages, etc.) and stage pages, and consolidate them here into organized character and stage sections with descriptions a la Nintendopedia. I'll try to go ahead and add some more content now while this is brought into discussion. --Ando (Talk) 19:18, 6 March 2008 (EST)

That's what I was thinking before. The descriptions themselves on each character page could easily be fitted into the single page. And this is a Zelda Wiki so I don't think that having a character with their own page is really that important to have.--Green 21:08, 6 March 2008 (EST)

I've followed the same rule as the other game articles, and moved all the lists off the main article into their own pages. —Adam (talk) 15:32, 10 March 2008 (EDT)

The Subspace Emissary[]

Alright, we need to decide if having the enemy listing for The Subspace Emissary is really necessary or not. I can't put it into the Gameplay Modes section the way it is... personally, I think we don't need the enemy listing. Anyone else? --Ando (Talk) 13:25, 7 March 2008 (EST)

Confirmed[]

The character roster should be updated to include Toon Link, Mr. Game & Watch, Jigglypuff, and Ganondorf. I don't care that Nintendo hasn't confirmed them in The Dojo or any of the other official sites. We can all play the game, and those are playable characters. Saibh 14:01, 9 March 2008 (EDT)

You may not care, but other people do. The article is still saying those people are playable just not officialy confirmed. Anyway, there are people out there that do not belive the leaks.--Link hero of light 14:18, 9 March 2008 (EDT)

Upcoming Game[]

Many articles say something like "in the upcoming game Super Smash Bros. Brawl". We should change that to "in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl". This game has been out in the United States for a while. The Europe release is less than twenty days away, from this post. I could do it all myself, but I want some other people to sign off on doing it.--Matt 21:44, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Aye, most people that edit just haven't come across many of those pages yet. I know that I personally haven't messed with many of those pages in a while. --Ando 02:16, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

The empty topics say do not edit, so I suppose I can't add there? Steve

That is correct. The way we do things for lists such as that is link to their separate page (surely you agree that these listings are far too large for the page, yes?). We do the same thing with Zelda games' items listings, character listings, etc. I'll re-organize it on this page so that it's a bit clearer. —Ando (talk) 21:28, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

disc trouble[]

Should we put a bit on about the trouble with discs . Many discs do not work on older Wii's in Europe--Rapido 21:38, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

Ganon[]

Shouldn't Ganon be called Ganondorf in this page as he is known as that in the game? Ed1tor 16:04, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

The page names Ganondorf 'Ganon' because the main page of Ganondorf is named 'Ganon.' Also, Ganondorf's Smash is himself turning into Ganon. 'Ganondorf' is used as the full name, whereas 'Ganon' is used to identify Ganondorf. So, no, I do not think it needs to be changed. User:Austin2862/sig 16:11, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
Yet he is only 'Beast Ganon' for the brief amount of time he has a Smash ball. When in human or Gerudo form(as he is for the rest of the time in the game) he is called 'Ganondorf' he is only 'Ganon' while in the beast form he appeared as in until 'Ocarina of time' which is when he is under influence of the 'Triforce of power'. Four extra letters wouldn't hurt just to make it more acessable to people who dont know who 'Ganon' is.

Zelda Trophies/Stickers, etc[]

This article has been around way too long for these not to be here. - TheSuperZeldaMan

Well, we do have pages for both the trophies and the stickers, but yeah, they're definitely incomplete and this page doesn't even mention them. :/ Dany36 01:23, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
