I cannot seem to find any art of pinkle not in her human form.

If that exists, I can guarantee you that most "TLOZ fans" will feel themselves too "not-gay" to bother about a game like FPTRR to go search for artwork of that game and make it easily available for others. I can't help you if you wish an image to improve this article, but if you merely wish to know what she looks like in fairy form, go here. It's not Pinkle, but her mother you see there. However, Pinkle looks almost exactly like, except that she doesn't have a crown, but hood/cap like thing on her head.IfIHaveTo 16:01, 18 November 2007 (EST)
As a gay TLOZ-fan myself, I feel I have to interject here. Yes, Tingle is undoubtedly queer (as discussed elsewhere), but that doesn't obligate straight game-players to hate him and reject games in which he stars. Nor does it presuppose that all gaymers will be Tingle fans. Sorry 'bout this semi-flame, but I don't feel that this sort of commentary has any place here. --Adam 18:27, 18 November 2007 (EST)
I'm not really sure you got what I was saying. I was using sarcasm. I do not consider Tingle gay. Taking his remark about Medli in TWW into account as well his overall behaviour in FPTRR, he is everything but gay. However, many people do consider him and therefore his game "gay", likely as a result from the image the entertainment business gives of homosexuals. If you want, I can give you some links to prove my statement. Many people say stuff like "Even though I am a Zelda fan, I won't even consider trying this game" or "Tingle's is gay. This is such a gay game. I am not gonna try it". As the rest of my message proves, I have played FPTRR, and I enjoyed it. Tingle is really a great character. Odd, or rather, different, but he's not gay. Same goes for his game, but many people refuse to see that. Why do you think the game was not released in the USA? People hate Tingle, and that's partially because of his different (People indoctrinated by the entertainment industry: gay) behaviour. As a counter move, I have also seen homosexuals disliking him simply because they don't want to be associated with "that kind of homosexuality". His game is suffering from his reputation and as such I doubt we will see a good amount of artwork floating around the internet anytime soon. That's all I said, and it was not supposed to offend anyone. IfIHaveTo 03:27, 19 November 2007 (EST)

"Yes, Tingle is undoubtedly queer"

Actually, I think that's just people who hate him trying to make him look worse. (Not that homosexuality is bad or anything, but culture seems to think of it as taboo, not anything that you're unaware of.) He wanted to go to Rupeeland, some place that's filled with beautiful women. He even had little hearts around his eyes (I think...)when that popped up. He is most likely NOT gay. Especially since he likes Pinkle, who is obviously a girl. Although an ugly girl, she's a girl nonetheless. -Is in fear of posting their name on a Tingle-related topic —Preceding undated comment added on 21:50, March 3, 2009 (UTC)

Pinkle looks like a crossdressing male.[]

Honestly, s/he does. I'm amazed no one else has said that yet. Either that was intentional by NOJ (Birdo, remember), or NOJ hates Tingle as must as the entire country of America[1] reportedly does. And I was being a little bit sarcastic with the word "entire". I doubt that was unintentional, since NOJ is good at drawing women. —Preceding unsigned comment added by D1Hazel 03:28, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

Erm, what exactly is your point? Are you planning on adding this to the article or something? Because otherwise this is just discussion of the subject and not the article itself, and then I'd have to throw this at you... :P —Ando (talk) 02:35, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

Pingle?[]

When was Pinkle officially referred to as "Pingle"? She is named Pingle in German and maybe in other languages, but not in English. Several websites used the name Pingle prior to the European release because that would be her name if they translated the Japanese name in the same manner as Tingle's name (Tinkle/Tincle). But that wouldn't be official, or did Nintendo of Europe use this name back then (maybe in the review of the British Official Nintendo Magazine in March 2007)? --Grandy02 20:01, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
