I'm not sure who suggested the merge, but I think I'm for it. It should probably go on this page, since people won't know how to spell a weird name like "BS Zelda no Densetsu", and also since the game has been translated/patched, etc.

Unfortuantely, it seems as though the BS Zelda no Densetsu page is rather sloppy, although it does have some good info. What do the rest of you think? Alter  {T C B H } 01:26, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

I don't think a name is weird just because it's another language (plus, Zelda no Densetsu is the Japanese name of The Legend of Zelda franchise in general), but I was told here that (unofficial) translations are preferred over Japanese titles, so the two articles should be merged under the English title. --Grandy02 15:51, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
I'm with Alter on this one, BS Zelda no Densetsu would need a revamp, but I agree with the merge, it seems logical. — ciprianotalk 04:57, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
I'm fine with this merge, The ST. Giga page too, if there's no way to ever expand it. I know nothing about this particular batch of articles tho. Axiomist (talk) 12:15, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
I agree about the merge, but as I said before, I think it needs a revamp, if not a rewrite. If we hold off for a few days, I could probably do so as we do the merge. Alter  {T C B H } 00:49, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

While I have no problem with the naming why is there only information here for Map 1 of the BS Legend of Zelda? The first map is nice and all but there are some differences on the second map just like there are differences between Legend of Zelda in Map 1 and Master Quest. Also the Dungeons in Week 2 spell out NINTENDO instead of ST GIGA with additional symbols. You can look up the review from Clan of the Grey wolf for more information--Spokavriel 18:43, 29 October 2011 (EDT)

Speedrunning[]

I think the speed running section should include more information about the build of the game played. I would assume for instance that no one is speed running the game using the Restoration Patch or anything similar, as most of those versions operate on a specific timetable that is consistent between plays. Rather, I would assume that speedrunning is done on builds that disable the clock and make progression dependent on progress alone. JeruTz (talk) 11:20, 31 August 2022 (UTC)
