The Sweeping Lady is a character from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. An elderly woman, she resides in Kakariko Village. The Sweeping Lady has heard the rumors being spread by Agahnim that Link kidnapped Princess Zelda, but she still trusts him regardless.

Oddly, if Link sprinkles the Sweeping Lady with Magic Powder, she turns into a fairy. If Link catches the fairy and leaves the area, he can return to find the Sweeping Lady back again while he still has the captured fairy.
