Stalfos Knights are recurring enemies in the Legend of Zelda series. They are heavily armored Stalfos.

Stalfos Knights appear in both red and blue versions. Similar to Stalfos, the red Stalfos Knights simply strike at Link with their swords, but the blue Stalfos Knights jump to attack. Stalfos Knights wear helmets and breastplates. They deal more damage to Link, and more damage is required to defeat these than regular Stalfos.

Stalfos Knights appear only in the Ice Palace. They can be shattered with a spinning sword attack, but will regenerate if Link does not successfully destroy the remains with a bomb within a time limit.
