The Seres Scablands are a location in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Features and Overview[]

The Seres Scablands are located in the Hyrule Ridge between the Tanagar Canyon and the Breach of Demise. The Seres Scablands are a rough terrain with many holes and crevasses throughout the landscape. Along the Seres Scablands, many misshapen Trees dot the landscape.

In the middle of the Seres Scablands, a Blue Hinox sleeps in a small field of grass. In Master Mode, there is a Black Hinox instead of a Blue Hinox.

There are a total of four Koroks able to be found in the Seres Scablands. The first Korok can be found under a giant misshapen tree northwest of the Hinox. If Link stands on the smaller tree underneath the larger one and looks up, a Korok Balloon can be spotted floating under the tree. If Link shoots this balloon, the Korok will appear and give him the Korok Seed.[2] The second Korok can be found under a tree south of the Hinox. Underneath the tree, another Korok Balloon can be spotted floating underneath the tree. If Link shoots this balloon, the second Korok will appear to Link. The third Korok can be found in the far eastern portion of the Seres Scablands. For this Korok, Fairy Lights fly about the trees. If Link catches up to the light, a Korok will appear and gift him the Korok Seed. The Fourth Korok can be found starting at a tree southwest from the Second Korok. Atop this tree, a Korok Stump can be found resting at the western edge of the tree. If Link stands on this stump, a ring of light will appear on another tree east from the starting tree. If Link gets to the ring of light before it disperses, a Korok will appear and grant Link the final Korok Seed in the Seres Scablands.
