Salvage Arm

The Salvage Arm is a tool from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. This add-on to the S.S. Linebeck allows Link to salvage chests from the bottom of the Great Sea.
Link can obtain this from Eddo after he traverses his island. It is needed to salvage the Sun Key. While salvaging, if the Salvage Arm hits an Oktobomb or a rock, it loses one Diamond, which indicate the Salvage Arm's health in the same manner as Link's Hearts. After all available Diamonds are depleted, the Salvage Arm will be rendered useless and must be taken back to the Shipyard on Mercay Island for repairs.
If the Salvage Arm is damaged to any degree, it may be repaired for a small fee. However, if completely damaged, it would cost a staggering 100 Rupees.
