Pumpkin Seeds are items from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They can be found in Ordon Pumpkins, and they act as ammunition for the Slingshot. Each pumpkin seems to contain 50 seeds, as Link's slingshot ammo is restored to full no matter how many seeds he has already shot.
When Link buys the Slingshot at Sera's Sundries in Ordon Village, Sera informs him that he can find ammunition for his new weapon by breaking open pumpkins. However, Jaggle scolds Link for doing so, yelling at him for wasting food.
