The Pirate Stronghold (海賊の本拠地 Kaizoku no Honkyochi?) is a mini-dungeon from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Located in the northeastern area of the Lanayru Sand Sea found in the Lanayru Desert, it is the stronghold of the crew of pirates led by LD-002G Scervo.

In search of the Sandship, Link travels to the Pirate Stronghold aboard LD-301N Skipper's ship. Within the stronghold itself is a Timeshift Orb that Link must use in order to manipulate his surroundings. After returning the orb to the first room of the mini-dungeon, Link is able to unearth a shipwreck buried in the sands; from this, he is able to derive an energy reading that Fi can use to set a target for dowsing, in order to find the invisible Sandship.
