Angmar (Sindarin: Iron-home) is a nation in J.R.R.Tolkien's realm of Middle-Earth, which was located in the north-eastern parts of the Misty Mountains. It was founded 1300 Third Age (T.A.) by the leader of the Ringwraiths, which then took the title The Witch-King of Angmar. The capital of Angmar was Carn Dûm. Angmar led war against the Men of the northern kingdom Arnor, and thus the Dúnedain of the north became near extinct. Angmar was after this the most dominant military force of dark creatures and evil men in the north, but met its end in 1975 T.A. at the battle of Fornost.

At Zelda Wiki, Angmar is a Norway-based user. He has been a Zelda fan since 1999, when he first played Ocarina of Time at his friend's place. After he bought his own Nintendo 64 later the same year, Ocarina of Time became his third title for the console, after Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64. He has since then bought and played through most of the Zelda games released. Angmar is also a capable piano player, and plays several musical pieces from Zelda on the piano, such as Song of Storms (from Ocarina of Time), Farewell Hyrule King (from The Wind Waker) and Princess Zelda's Theme/Zelda's Lullaby (from A Link to the Past and others).
