The Magnetic Gloves are a recurring item in the Legend of Zelda series. These gloves can be used to attract or repel magnetized objects. If the affected object is stuck in the ground, Link will attract or repel himself accordingly. Opposite polarities will attract each other, and equal polarities will repel each other.

[edit] The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons

The Magnetic Gloves are used to attract or repel magnetized spheres or pull or push Link across dangerous areas such as pits or lava. They are vital to defeating Digdogger, the boss of the Unicorn's Cave. They can also be used to attract Ore Chunks from anywhere on the screen. Interestingly, the sprites depicting the Magnetic Gloves are right-handed gloves; when Link uses the gloves, however, he stretches out his left hand.

[edit] The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords

The Magnetic Glove from Four Swords The Magnetic Glove can be used to attract or repel magnetized objects. It can be obtained by exchanging another item at an item pedestal. A new feature however, is that all players currently playing the game can each obtain one. This allows the glove to be used on other players if opposite charge is kept on each.
