The Lava Soup is a quest item from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. It is a very potent soup that can clear any head cold. Despite its name, it resembles plain lava rather than soup. It is given to Link by the Subrosian Chef after Link shows him the Iron Pot; the Subrosian Chef prepares the soup and puts it in the pot for Link. The Lava Soup is later given to Biggoron on top of Goron Mountain as part of the quest for the Noble Sword.
