Kanalet Castle is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. A huge fortress, it was once the property of Richard before he was ousted by his own treacherous guards. Link must brave the Castle and retrieve the five Golden Leaves for Richard in order to obtain the Slime Key needed to enter the Key Cavern. In the DX version, after meeting both the Photographer Mouse and Richard, if Link walks up to Kanalet Castle gate he will have an opportunity to take a photo with Richard

- A Piece of Heart can be found by diving underwater in the moat surrounding the southwestern-most part of Kanalet Castle.
