Kakashi is a character from Color Changing Tingle's Love Balloon Trip. A tiny scarecrow, Kakashi is the first of Tingle's three companions that he meets during his adventure. Kakashi lacks intelligence, and joins Tingle in hopes of gaining some. Because of his small size, Kakashi can squeeze into small spaces, which proves useful for Tingle during his adventure.
Kakashi is based off of the Scarecrow from L. Frank Baum's classic story, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
