Located somewhere far from Hyrule, Holodrum is a very colorful and cheerful land. Link was brought to Holodrum by the Triforce when General Onox used the power of Din, the Oracle of Seasons, to disturb the seasons in Holodrum, throwing them into chaos. The land is similar to Labrynna, but it is characterized by its own unique landmarks and inhabitants. The country's capital city is Horon Village. Other settlements include Sunken City and Goron Mountain (inhabited by Gorons).
[edit] Landmarks
The Temple of Seasons was once in the north, before it sunk into Subrosia. The Goron Mountain is next to it. Near Horon Village is the Woods of Winter, the beach, and Samasa Desert. In the lower left corner is Holodrum's graveyard. Spool Swamp is to the north of it, and in the upper left is Lost Woods.
[edit] Inhabitants
The main inhabitants are Human, with a few rare Hylians as well. The Gorons live here also. Deku Scrubs can also be seen, normally in caves. Subrosians are known to explore above ground, but are careful not to be seen.
[edit] Onox's invasion
General Onox, emerging from the Dark World, invaded the land and harvested the power of Din to cast the seasons into dissarray. The Temple of Seasons was sunk into the underground utopia of Subrosia, and the damage it caused would threaten the entire country. Link was called to Holodrum by the Triforce to combat this threat.
The Maku Tree ordered Link to gather the Essences of Seasons in order to open a path into Onox's palace, where Link would kill Onox, now the Dark Dragon.
The entire incident was all a ploy by Twinrova, along with the incident in Labrynna, in order to light the flames of Sorrow and Despair to revive the King of Evil, Ganon.
