The Hibiscus is a quest item in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. The Hibiscus, which is part of the trading quest for the Magnifying Lens, can be found in the Tal Tal Mountain Range. Papahl, who earlier warned Link that he would get stranded in the mountains, is up on a ledge, too hungry to move. If Link gives him the Pineapple, he eats it and heads home immediately, giving Link a Hibiscus blossom he picked in thanks. The Hibiscus can in turn be traded to Christine, a goat that resides in Animal Village, for the Letter.
