Goma Asaagh Shrine is a Shrine from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is located in the Hebra Mountains just east of Coldsnap Hollow, beneath Hebra Peak. It is obscured by several large blocks of ice, and its Sheikah Slate terminal is also fully encased in ice which must be melted with a Torch, Fire Arrows, or a fire elemental weapon before the Shrine can be accessed. The Sheikah Monk Goma Asaagh puts forth the trial A Major Test of Strength, offering a Spirit Orb to Link once the trial is completed.
This trial is A Major Test of Strength, calling for Link to defeat a Guardian Scout IV equipped with a Sword, Spear, and Battle Axe. This Shrine, like some other Shrines containing Major Tests of Strength, has a thin layer of water covering the floor (though not enough to inhibit movement speed). This water allows Link to use the Cryonis Rune to raise pillars of ice to block the Guardian Scout's spin attack. Once the Guardian Scout is defeated, a door on the far end of the chamber opens revealing a chest containing a Royal Claymore and Goma Asaagh's enclosure.
