The Gerudo's Training Ground is a mini-dungeon from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It is an intense obstacle course located within the Gerudo's Fortress, in which the Gerudo use to perfect their power, wisdom, and courage. Those who have the Gerudo Membership Card are allowed to test their skills in this course, but they must pay a small price of ten Rupees to enter. Those who complete the course receive the vaunted Ice Arrows as proof of their skill. Both the dungeon and the Ice Arrows are optional, and not required to complete the game.
The Dungeon consists of eleven rooms, in which Link must obtain Small Keys that unlock doors within the chamber where the Ice Arrows are found. The entrance hall has four doors: the southern door leading back outside, the western door leading to a desert-like room, the eastern door to a room where Link must defeat Dinolfos before a limited amount of time has passed, and the northern door leading to a room where the Ice Arrows may be obtained by acquiring the correct amount of Small Keys. From the room west of the main room is a larger room where Link must acquire Silver Rupees to obtain the Small Key and go to the next room. From that point, Link must use the Lens of Truth often to see a hidden room. Only seven keys are really needed to get the Ice Arrows, although nine can be obtained in all.

In the Master Quest re-releases, several changes have been made to the dungeon, including puzzles and the order in which rooms are visited. Only three keys are necessary to access the middle section of the dungeon, but instead of the Ice Arrows, there is a crate that conceals a switch that can only be activated using the Megaton Hammer. Activating this switch will cause a chest with the Ice Arrows to appear in the room above. The three keys are now found in the room on Link's right as he enters the dungeon, in the room where Link must collect Silver Rupees underwater and in the north eastern most room. New enemies include Bari, Freezards, Iron Knuckles, Skulltulas, Spikes and Stingers.
