General Onox is the second to last boss in The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. During this battle, he occasionally uses Din as a shield, who is incased in a crystal prison.
After his defeat, Onox will assume his Dark Dragon form to initiate the last boss battle.
[edit] Strategy
Unless Link has obtained the Master Sword, the only way to defeat Onox is to use the Spin Attack against him. After he has been hit a number of times, he will summon forth Din and use her as a shield. Use the Rod of Seasons to knock her away in order to strike at him again. Link must not strike Din with his sword, for her crystal will electrocute him. Link should also use Pegasus Seeds to avoid his iron mace and whirlwind projectiles. The key to winning this battle is to keep one's distance and attack quickly.
