[edit] Attacks

First, he runs around, knocking down all of the pillars and destroying the pots with the hearts inside then charges straight at you. Link shoots the arrows at the glowing crystal on his forehead and while the beast is stunned slashes at the glowing wound. Afterwards, he teleports and portals appear. All are red until one turns blue, which is the one he comes out, charging. Repeat the arrow process. During the battle he will also warp above you and fall on top of you, damaging Link.

The Ball and Chain can also be used to throw it on the crystal on Ganon's forehead. It has the same effectiveness as shooting an arrow on it.

[edit] Battle

[edit] Phase 1

When the fight starts, he'll will run around for a time and then turn to charge. Use the Hero's Bow and aim for the glowing jewel on his forehead. He is knocked over, so either turn into Wolf Link and attack, or use the Master Sword to damage the evil beast. Repeat until he goes into stage 2.

[edit] Phase 2

Next, Ganon will warp out of the room and summon red Twilight portals, which fade a few seconds after appearing. One of the portals will remain longer than the others, and will turn blue; Ganon emerges from this portal and charges Link. Again, the jewel in Ganon's head must be shot with the Bow in order to stun him and expose his wound to Link's attacks.

[edit] Phase 3

In order to defeat Ganon, you must listen to Midna. During the third phase, whenever you shoot an arrow at an oncoming Ganon, he will vanish and reappear. Now Ganon is like a giant Ordon Goat so Transform into Wolf Link, and when he charges towards you, hold down the A button. After a second or so, you and Midna will turn Ganon over. Run to his side and attack in either Wolf Form or Human Form. Repeat until finished, and then you will face Horseback Ganondorf. It should be noted that Wolf Link can be used for all three phases, using the same technique each time.
