[edit] Story
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
After ascending Ganon's Tower and defeating Agahnim for a second and final time, Ganon reveals that he has been possessing Agahnim all along. Ganon leaves the useless body of Agahnim in a bat form and flies towards the Pyramid of Power in the center of the Dark World. With incredible strength, he creates an opening at the very top of the Pyramid. Link uses the flute to call the bird and follows after him to the Pyramid. Inside, the two do battle for the future of Hyrule.
Link defeats Ganon with the help of the Silver Arrows and a doorway opens. Link enters it and finds himself in a hall where the omniscient Triforce lies. Wishing with all of his heart for Ganon's evil deeds to be undone, Link touches the Triforce, and his wishes are granted. The Dark World disappears and the land of Hyrule is restored to peace.
Spoiler warning: Spoilers end here.
[edit] Battle
Ganon warps across the room, throwing his spear like a boomerang. After Link deals a certain amount of damage with the Master Sword or a stronger sword, he will send Fire Keese at Link. Link should then hit him a few more times, and Ganon will cause the bordering floor to collapse and make the room go dark. Link must then relight the torches with the Lantern or the Fire Rod and slash Ganon while he is blinded by the light, petrifying him. Link must then shoot Ganon with a silver arrow. After repeating this four times, Ganon is defeated.
