I am not sure if this has been discussed previously or if it is even really an issue, so inform me if it has/isn't. On most wikis Special:Random only directs users towards mainspace articles and subpages, however on this wiki it also sends them to the walkthrough namespace, and as such I find I get an annoyingly high proportion of walkthroughs when I use it. The walkthroughs on this site are of good quality, don't get me wrong, but 99.99% of the time, I am not looking for a walkthrough, and if I was, I would be looking for one on a specific game (the one I would be playing at the time) and therefore would be very unlikely to use the Random Page function to find it. Not a clue, but I thought that the default was just the mainspace and that therefore you must have changed it. I noticed here that the default search for anything was the mainspace and walkthroughs. My question is is the 'Walkthrough' "namespace" actually a namespace? If articles that use a namespace that isn't a real namespace, it just puts said article on the mainspace. See mw:Manual:$wgContentNamespaces, mw:Manual:Wg variable and mw:Manual:LocalSettings.php. As admins on Wikia cannot edit LocalSettings.php, I think it is necessary to use Special:Contact for this.--
