Forums: Index Watercooler Master Sword similar to Mjolnir?

So it's noted that the Master Sword can only be wielded by the true Hero, AKA: Link. So would this mean it has similar properties to Thor's hammer in that no one else would be able to lift it? Or what?Wolfscar45 (talk) 14:56, June 9, 2015 (UTC) One thing about the Mjolnir is that the true thing is that it only allows those it deems worthy to wield it, which would really make sense in the original timeline where ocarina link failed. Keep in mind, in the first Zelda game, there was no stone or anything. Link just plain wasn't allowed to have the sword until the old man deemed him worthy. If we consider that the zelda 1 Link had far too simple a tunic to be the heroes uniform, and that he had a dirtier blonde than the other variants, this actually adds to the depth of the spirit of hero. Suggesting that it has to be earned everytime I actually enjoy this idea, as opposed to say, the child timeline where there is some apparent blood line that gets the sword. The fallen hero timeline suggest that it's something that has to be proven.--RWBY Wiki's resident Issei Hyoudou (talk) 16:00, December 29, 2015 (UTC)
