"You got the Fireshield Earrings! With these, you can stand any heat without a sweat. This is one of the three sacred gifts left by the goddess."
— In-game description
Fireshield Earrings (Skyward Sword)

The Fireshield Earrings are items from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. They are the third and final of the Three Sacred Gifts left behind by the Goddess Hylia to aid Link in his quest to find the Sacred Flames. They are a pair of earrings that provide protection to Link in very hot areas, such as the Volcano Summit. Additionally, if an attack sets Link aflame, the Fireshield Earrings will put out the fire before any additional damage is incurred. The Fireshield Earrings will glow red when their abilities are actively being used. Link receives them after completing the Silent Realm in Eldin Volcano.

Once obtained the Fireshield Earrings effectively replace the blue earrings Link normally wears, for the rest of the game.

Hyrule Warriors Legends Fairy Clothing Fireshield Earringsl (Accessories)

As part of the Master Wind Waker DLC, the Fireshield Earrings appear as a Fairy Clothing Accessory option for Companion Fairies, under the name Fire Earrings.

For unknown reasons, when the Fire Earrings are equipped the Rito Mask and King of Red Lions Mask will not appear on a Companion Fairy's face. However the Fire Earrings can still be worn with those items and any effects provided by wearing those items remains present.

Non-canon warning: Non-canonical information ends here.
