So your favorite site is it? Well thanks for that. Have a good time here. I hope you'll say around to make it even better.User:Mjr162006/sig 21:11, October 31, 2008 (UTC)

Editing

Well, what do you want to do exactly? If you want to add an image, the image needs to already exist; so if the image is called "James.png", you would type on your page. However, if the image doesn't exist, all you're gonna get is a red link instead of an actual picture. Likewise, the image you're trying to link to doesn't exist - however, might Image:Argorok.png be what you're looking for? User:Ando/sig 03:32, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

How do i make an image i want smaller?Template:Nosig

Type it out like this: with "200px" being however many pixels you want it to be. User:Ando/sig 03:45, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

How do you make a title summarizing what you type?

How do I make my user page cool like everyone else?

Just put whatever you want on your page, provided it isn't utterly disgusting, R rated or political. Look to some of the other pages for inspiration. Most of them have a table telling people how far they are into the Zelda games (I don't), but it's entirely up to you.

As for your other question, try typing something like this:

200px|thumb|Argorok the Awesome

No wait, I know what y'all mean ;)

Topic
Eg.

Hmmm... Get your page cool like everyone else... Well not everyone's page is "cool". It took me months to mine how it is now. But don't expect to just be able to copy the code over and that be it. You'll have to learn how to edit first, and get good at it. I'm not being mean or anything. I absolutely sucked at editing when I first came here. You'll learn fast enough. You'll learn more if you edit page other than your own, the main articles and stuff, and other users will like you more if you do that instead of just edit your user page all the time. Always make use of the preview button. It will quickly tell you if an edit will work or not. That makes it so the recent changes isn't flooded with a ton of minor edits to one page.User:Mjr162006/sig 05:47, November 2, 2008 (UTC)

There we go ;)

For a mini-break, do this:

So, your fav boss is Argorok? In that case, I suggest this for your page.

User Argorokbossfav

It makes:

Template:User Argorokbossfav

To get more of what's above, you can check out Userboxes to see what's on offer, then move on over to Category:Userboxes (copy and paste into Search) to obtain the code needed for these boxes. Fairly annoying, in my opinion, but totally worth it :D

--Felicia's Champion 04:49, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

I cant seem to get the userbox thing working what am i doing wrong?

Well, I'm blaming the people who made the userboxes in some cases. They typed in the incorrect address to the userbox, so all you get is a red link.

However, not all links to userboxes are the same (an inconsistency that causes problems from time to time). Look at the links in the category view, then copy and paste them, sticking them between .

--Felicia's Champion 05:03, 2 November 2008 (UTC) Thanks for all your help im starting to get the hang of it now--HeroOfTime6 05:15, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

No probs :)
--Felicia's Champion 05:19, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

I cant get the userbox for my age to work what do i type?

When it comes to boxes like that, this is what you type:

15

Votes

Sorry about that. I'm afraid you can only for a featured article once per month.User:Mjr162006/sig 06:07, November 2, 2008 (UTC)

oh well thanx for the info nonetheless--HeroOfTime6 06:08, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, but I had to take down your vote for the same reason as above.
If you change your mind about which article you want to vote for, remove your vote for the article you previously voted for, then vote for the one you like best. --Felicia's Champion 01:01, 6 November 2008 (UTC)

Bullets

How can you make bullets for information?--HeroOfTime6 02:41, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

Use an asterisk at the beginning of a line.

 • Just

It is that simple. You can also make more levels.

Go to the edit view to see how I did it.User:Mjr162006/sig 02:47, November 5, 2008 (UTC)

Userboxes

How do you keep your userboxes from tangling up with your other information--HeroOfTime6 04:20, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

I think I can do something to help. I'll go do it. You then tell me if that is what you want.User:Mjr162006/sig 04:26, November 8, 2008 (UTC)

yep that will work thanks--HeroOfTime6 04:31, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

Question

Hi there. I just wanted to check with you what the motivation was behind this edit which you made recently to another user's page? It's just that adding personal details to someone else's user page (under a heading "about me") sort of makes it look like either you know the person in question, or that the other account is also yours... User:Adamcox82/sig 08:54, 8 November 2008 (UTC) He is one of my friends and he wanted me to set up some things on his account.--HeroOfTime6 17:51, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

Voting

When you vote on a article or picture can you support one and oppose another or can you just do one thing?--HeroOfTime6 18:47, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
