The Light Fruit is a recurring object in Template:LZS.
Location and Uses
Light Fruits only appear in the Silent Realms in Skyward Sword, they are scattered throughout the Silent Realms. When Link collects one of these, it will shoot up a Beacon, revealing the locations of Sacred Tears for 30 seconds.[1]

Hyrule Warriors Legends
In Hyrule Warriors Legends, Light Fruit appear as one of the Plant Fairy Food items, used in the My Fairy Dining Room to level up Fairy companions. It is associated with the element of Light.
