The Fairy of Winds is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. A fairy, her true appearance is never shown, as her spirit resides inside the Gale Boomerang. When Link obtains the Gale Boomerang from Ook, the Fairy of Winds introduces herself by speaking through the item. It is revealed that her power over the winds allows Link to use the special powers of the Gale Boomerang. Although her abilities are witnessed any time Link uses the Gale Boomerang, she is never heard from again, following her original introduction.
