The Fairy Doll is an item from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. It is a doll that Chiko's Mum made for Chiko years prior to the events of the game. Early in the story, Chiko loses the doll, and Tingle can find it in the mouth of Fish Rock. When Tingle brings it back to the young girl, her mother rewards him greatly and Chiko goes outside to play with it, subsequently finding the way to open the Hero's Shrine, the first dungeon in the game.

Chiko always wanted to meet a real Fairy, and if Tingle awakens the Fairy living in Port Town later in the game, Chiko gives him the Fairy Doll as thanks. This item counts as one of the thirty Rupee Goods in the game.
