For level in The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes, see Deku Forest (Tri Force Heroes).

The Deku Forest is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. It is a forest found in western Labrynna in the past. In the present, it is known as the Fairies' Woods. As its name implies, the Deku Forest is populated by Deku, who will sell Wooden Shields at varying prices. The Deku Forest also contains a rare Mystery Seed Tree and is home to the second dungeon, the Wing Dungeon.

Story

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

When the Wing Dungeon collapses in the present, Link retrieves the Harp of Ages and returns to the past, so that he may enter the dungeon before its supports weaken and break. On his way to the dungeon, he ends up getting Mystery Seeds, which Queen Ambi has been looking for. One of the queen's soldiers spots him with the Mystery Seeds and escorts him to the palace. The soldier takes the seeds and gives them to Ambi. Ambi gives Link bombs as reward. With these bombs, Link can now enter the Wing Dungeon, which was previously blocked off by a cracked wall. After he leaves, it is revealed that Ambi is being manipulated by Veran in Nayru's body.
