The Broom is a quest item from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. It is part of the trading quest for the Magnifying Lens and belongs to Mr. Write, who lives north of the Mysterious Woods. He is pen pals with Christine, and if Link gives Mr. Write the Letter she asked him to deliver, he will give him the Broom in exchange. The Broom can in turn be traded to Grandma Ulrira for the Fishing Hook.
