The Black Tower, also known as Ambi's Tower, is the final dungeon in The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. It was built for Queen Ambi in order to help her reach the heavens and search for her missing lover, thus the tower-to-be was referred to as "Ambi's Tower". Veran, who had command over the Oracle of Ages, corrupted the peaceful plans and forced intense labor over the workers through the Endless Day, making them build the tower without rest, thus a new title was given to the structure: the Black Tower. The tower itself is large, yet Veran climbed to the highest turret to call upon the Age of Darkness while Queen Ambi was under her control, before Link's final battle with her. Link needs the Maku Seed to enter the tower.
