The Big Quiver is a recurring item in the The Legend of Zelda series. As its name suggests, Big Quivers serve as upgrades for regular Quivers found in various games. In most games, two Quiver upgrades are available, of which the Big Quiver will always be the first obtained regardless of where it is obtained.
