The "Ballad of the Wind Fish" is a song from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. A favorite of Marin's, this song is taught to Link on his Ocarina in Animal Village. The song, along with the eight Instruments of the Sirens, is needed to enter the Wind Fish's Egg and awaken the Wind Fish. Interestingly, the Pols Voice enemies found in the game are vulnerable to the song; if Link plays it while near one, it will self-destruct.
