The representation of autumn in Oracle of Seasons
|First appearance||Oracle of Seasons (2001)|
|Appearances||Oracle of Seasons|
|Country||(Oracle of Seasons)|
Autumn, also known as Fall, is a season in the Legend of Zelda series. The autumn season is distinguished as cool with leaves of trees falling, and although many autumn-like areas appear throughout the series, it is only referenced directly on two occasions.
Autumn is one of the four seasons thrown into chaos by General Onox. It appears randomly throughout the land of Holodrum and Link can control it with the Rod of Seasons. During autumn, Rock Mushrooms bloom, allowing Link to pick them up and advance past certain areas. Holes are also covered up by leaves, allowing passage. This is also the season in which Pegasus Seeds grow.
The four seasons rotate every time Link enters the Fishing Hole. During the autumn season, the Fishing Hole is cool with harvest-like colors.
