Ataru Cagiva is a manga artist who wrote and drew Dreaming Island which is a manga based off of Link's awakening released in two volumes and Triforce of the Gods which is based off A link to the past and released in three volumes All of which were released in the mid 90's in Japan but are yet to be released outside of Japan. Cagiva created the original charecters Raska: Link's childhood friend, a martial artist and Tou, Raska's father. Also a martial artist for The Triforce of the Gods manga.
