Ataru Cagiva is a manga artist who wrote and drew Dreaming Island, a manga based upon The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, as well as Triforce of the Gods, which is based on The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Cagiva created the original characters Raska, a childhood friend of Link and martial artist and Tou, Raska's father.
