Battle F4 begins with the chosen Warrior and Ghirahim teaming up to defeat the two King Dodongos that surround them within 10 minutes. To aid the Allied Forces, a trio of Transport Captins will appear, carrying items that can prove useful once they have been defeated. One carrying a large Magic Jar will appear in the east, one carrying a huge Force Fragment will appear east of the W. Rockface Keep, and the last carrying a big Heart near the valley to the Mountain Keep. As the Warrior soldiers on to one King Dodongo, Ghirahim and his squadron will target the other, but when Ghirahim reaches his destination, he will turn traitorous and defect to the Enemy Forces. Though he is now against the Warrior, defeating Ghirahim is not required to complete the mission whereas the two King Dodongos are. Over time, more Transport Captains will appear. One with a Triforce Fragment will appear near the W. Rockface Keep after two minutes, One with another big Heart will appear near the Rockface Checkpoint after 4 minutes, and the final one with a large Magic Jar will appear near the Mountain Keep's valley.

Defeat Big Poe. Impa flees or the Allied Base falls.

Battle F7 limits the choice of Warrior to just Lana, who is to represent the given recommended element of water that matches the element of her Spear weapon. Since, however, she is not limited to using the Spear throughout the battle, she can use either her Book of Sorceries or Summoning Gate in the battle instead, but this boils down to preference and the strength and availability of the weapons she has. Lana starts the battle above the West Field Keep, looking towards the Central Keep to the east. She is to aid Impa's charge onto the Enemy Forces, whose leader and captains consist entirely of Big Poes. The first mission is given with the task to capture two of the enemy-owned keeps, being the nearby W. Rockface Keep and far-off Fairy Fountain. Seizing both keeps will weaken the Enemy Forces and open the Enemy Base at North Face Keep. The Big Poe leader will make one last-ditch effort to claim victory and summon a squadron of three Lizalfos in the Mountain Keep to target the Allied Base in the Castle Keep. Though the Lizalfos are a threat, Lana can simply ignore them and set her sights on the enemy leader instead, whos defeat will claim victory for the Allied Forces.

Battle F10 has Lana starting outside the Central Keep, tasked with defeating a total of ten enemy captains. Lana has to be careful, however, as one hit from an enemy will bring her health all the way down to 1, but she can also defeat any enemy in a single blow. At the start, only four Gibdos can be fought by the Rockface Checkpoint. When two of the Gibdos are defeated three more Gibdos will spawn on the east side of the map by the North Face Keep and a Transport Captain carrying a huge Force Fragment will appear just north of the W. Rockface Keep. Defeating the Transport Captain does not count towards the mission. Once five Gibdos total have been felled, another three will spawn east of the W. Rockface Keep. When all ten Gibdos are KO'd, the mission is complete.

Defeat Ghirahim and Icy Big Poe! Fi flees or the Allied Base falls.

Battle G3 has the chosen Warrior fight against two armies of enemies while defending the Allied Forces. The Warrior starts in front of the north entrance to the Central Keep, which is occupied by the Allied Forces along with the Central Keep and W. Rockface Keep. Ghirahim leads the Enemy Forces from the South Field Keep that acts as the Enemy Base while also controlling the Fairy Fountain, Castle Keep, and Abandoned Fort, surrounding the Allied Forces from the south and the west. A rogue faction, led by an Icy Big Poe that makes it base in the North Field Keep, surrounds the Warrior from the north and the east by controlling the Mountain Keep and the East Field Keep. The Warrior is tasked with defeating a "valued captain" from each faction: A Stalmaster that starts north of the Abandoned Fort and an Icy Big Poe just outside the south entrance to the East Field Keep. Both of these captains start with high morale, so the Warrior must defend or dodge their attacks or risk being hit for a lot of damage. In the mean time, an Item Transporter will appear in the Central Keep and roam the area until it is either defeated or flees. Defeating the Item Transporter will relinquish its treasure. Once one of the "valued captains" have been subdued, their respective Base will open for the Warrior to fight their leader. The weakened faction will summon more captains with boosted morale to attack the Allied Base while their leader remains. When the Warrior enters one of the bases, the other Forces' captains will become stronger and charge the Allied Base. It is heavily suggested that the Warrior target only one of the "valued captains" first, then take control of their respective base before fighting the other "valued captain." this is so the Allied Forces do not get too overwhelmed by the opposing armies. After the first leader is defeated, the remnants of their army will fan out and fight on their own accord, leaving only the other leader to be defeated. A new prompt appears after the first leader is defeated stating that a treasure chest is hidden within one of the Keeps. The chest in particular is hidden in the Fairy Fountain, which is charmed with a Light Barrier that can be dispelled with the Light Fairy in the West Field Keep. Capturing the Fairy Fountain will reveal the chest. When the chest is opened, the doors to the Fairy Fountain will shut behind the Warrior and two Icy Big Poes will appear. The Warrior needs to defeat the Icy Big Poes in order to re-open the door to leave and resume the mission. Once the second leader has been defeated, the mission will be complete.

Completing the mission for the first time will unlock Ghirahim as a playable Warrior.

Battle G8 has the Allied Forces, led by Zelda, fight the oppposing Enemy Forces that are govened by Darknuts. The chosen Warrior starts to the north of West Field Keep facing east to Central Keep and Zelda resides at the end of the bridge to South Field Keep. The first mission for this battle is to defeat three Darknuts that are advancing to fight the Allied Forces. One Darknut is to the north above the W. Rockface Keep and will advance to the Allied Base at Castle Keep. The other two Darknuts will advance towards Zelda from the center field and from aside the Fairy Fountain respectively. After their defeat at the hands of the Warrior, the leader of the enemy army will open the gates to their base in North Field Keep and order two armies of enemies in the north to advance to the Allied Base. At the same time, a Cucco will appear on the field next to the Warrior. It will passively pursue the Warrior for the rest of the battle, so the Warrior must be wary that it does not damage it by mistake or risk being attacked by an army of Cuccos. The last mission is now given to defeat the Darknut that leads the Enemy Forces, however the Enemy Base has a Light Barrier that will drain the Warriors health uinless dispelled by the Light Fairy trapped in East Field Keep.

The Enemy Forces order two Bombchus to advance to the nearby Allied Keeps: one Bombchu outside the East Field Keep that will advance to the Central Keep and another outside the Enemy Base at South Field Keep advancing directly to the Allied Base in Central Keep. Impa is given the mission to confront and destroy the Bombchus before they self-destruct in either of the keeps. Once the mission is complete, the doors to the Enemy Base will open and the Lizalfos that governs the Enemy Forces can be fought to win the battle.

Battle H6 is a quiz challenge battle focusing on characters from Skyward Sword. Player 1 must be Fi.

Fi starts out north of Castle Keep. The first mission, Question 1, takes place in West Field Keep; the prompt is "Defeat the Demon Lord!" Both Ghirahim and Midna appear, but in order to get a K.O., Fi must defeat Ghirahim, as he is known in Skyward Sword as the Demon Lord. Once either of the opponents is defeated, the northern and southern entrances to the Keep open to allow Fi to next travel to Central Keep. The Question 2 mission, "Defeat the heavyweight!", begins inside Central Keep, inside which a Stalmaster and a Moblin appear. The correct enemy to defeat is the Moblin; defeating either enemy will end the mission and cause the Keep's eastern entrance to open. Question 3, "Defeat the Spirit of the Sword!", is fought within East Field Keep against Fi and Ruto, the correct "answer" being Fi. Regardless of the number of correct answers (KOs), the battle ends in victory after the third and final mission concludes.

Defeat Wizzro. Zelda or the one in need of rescue flees.

BATTLE H7 starts off in the north-most Mountain Keep where the Warrior is first tasked with the rescue of Link by subduing the enemies that surround him. However, several gates have been closed off denying the Warrior access to him. To open the gates, the Warrior must capture the nearby keeps. Either the W. Rockface Keep or the Central Keep need to be captured at the start. Capturing one Keep opens the gates for both Keeps and the empty East Field Keep. After the gates open, either the West Field Keep or the Castle Keep need to be captured next to open its gate and reach Link. Both of these keeps have a Lightning Barrier that will damage the Warrior over time unless it is dispelled. The Central Keep contains the Lightning Fairy that can dispel it, so it is more favorable to capture the Central Keep over the W. Rockface Keep to eliminate the excessive damage or the Warrior can claim W. Rockface Keep first and endure the damage to capture the Keep faster, though this is only suggested if the Warrior has well more than enough health to do so. Capturing the West Field Keep to get to Link is preferred as it is much quicker to reach and capture compared to the Castle Keep. Once either Keep has been breached, the Warrior now needs to defeat the Bulblin and Big Poes that are attacking Link. At this time, an Item Transporter will appear in W. Rockface Keep and roam the area which the Warrior can defeat and claim its treasure. With Link rescued, the gates to the Enemy Base open and the Enemy Forces' leader, Wizzro, can be fought and defeated to clear the mission.

Battle H8 begins with the chosen Warrior placed just north of the Central Keep, which is inaccessible. Two groups of enemies are located westward, one led by a Lizalfos north-west by the Rockface Checkpoint and the other led by a Big Poe nearby to the west, with a sub-mission given to defeat the Lizalfos. After two minutes and thirty seconds after the sub-mission is given, the Lizalfos will inspire the enemy troops, causing them to grow stronger. When the warrior defeats 101 enemies, a King Dodongo will appear near the Rockface Checkpoint along with two Big Poes which will appear to the east. When 201 KOs have been reached, another Big Poe will appear by North Field Keep and a Darknut will appear to the right of W. Rockface Keep. After three minutes have elapsed, a Magic Jar Transport Troop will spawn carrying a Magic Jar to allow the player to use their Focus Spirit ability. Another Magic Jar Transport Troop will appear when six minutes have passed. The mission will be completed when the Warrior reaches 300 total KOs before the 10 minutes are up.

Completing this Battle opens up Squares H7 and G8 with a C-Rank Victory, and Square H9 with a B-Rank Victory.
